Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
Really, a dedicated number?
With FireText each account gets their very own dedicated number for receiving texts! It is NOT shared - its yours during your FireText subscription. This allows you to receive text messages straight into your account.
How do I pay?
All prices exclude VAT. After applying for an account, you will be contacted by a FireText account manager with payment details. Any data sent is over 256bit encrypted secure servers with SSL certificates.There are no hidden charges.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes it's easy! Simply click on the "My Account" link in the header and you'll see your options. This also includes the ability to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan.
What counts as a message?
The messages associated with each plan represent the total number of messages that can be sent to the members of your selected list. For example, one message to 50 people would account for 50 messages used.
