How do I add an opt-out?

Your customers can unsubscribe from your list by texting STOP to your dedicated FireText number. We advise you include an opt-out on all marketing SMS messages.

Adding an unsubscribe option

You can add an opt-out instruction to your FireText SMS message or advertising material. Simply add the lines: Opt-out, text STOP to (your FireText Number)

Alternatively, if you allow replies, your customers can simply reply STOP to opt-out.

If you believe you are receiving text messages from a FireText customer and wish to be removed, drop us an email together with the time & date, message contents and your mobile number to: stop@firetext.co.uk
