How do I send a message?

Woohoo! This is the exciting part. Sending a message through FireText is easy and enjoyable. Here, we'll guide through the process.

STEP 1: Choose the Send tab.

STEP 2: Firstly, you'll need to choose the recipients for your message. You can select a pre-populated group or send to an individual.

STEP 3: Enter a name into the From field. This will be the name displayed on the mobile handset.

ADVANCED TIP: Looking to receive replies to your campaign? If so, simply check the allow replies box. This will populate the From field with your FireText number. You can only have either a number for replies or a custom name (no-replies).

STEP 4: Enter your message. You can personalise each and every message sent by merging in first name and surname tags into your message. Simply click on the personalise drop-down next to the message box.

STEP 5: Send instantly or schedule for later. You can send your message instantly by clicking send now or schedule for a time and date to suit your recipients.

ADVANCED TIP: You can choose to repeat your message automatically. This could be useful for medical reminders or even recurring meetings. Simply select the repeat box (when scheduling a message) and enter the interval times of your message.
