The thought of uploading tonnes of contacts at once can seem daunting\u2026but it\u2019s really not, uploading contacts is a breeze \u2013 trust me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s get your first group set up\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 1:<\/span> Head to the CONTACTS<\/span> tab in your account and click ADD CONTACTS<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 2:<\/span> Here\u2019s where you ADD A NEW GROUP<\/span> or select an existing group from the drop-down list<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can name your group whatever you like! The FROM<\/span> box is your senderID (No more than 11 alphanumeric characters)<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don\u2019t have a group description, not to worry, you can just pop the name of the group in the description box (this is just to remind you what the group is for)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 3:<\/span> When you\u2019re happy you can SAVE CHANGES<\/span> and you\u2019ve created a new group \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now you can start adding some numbers!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your new group should already be selected in the select a group<\/span> box<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 4:<\/span> Make sure the upload CSV<\/span> option is ticked if uploading a file, if you want to manually enter your numbers tick the copy and paste<\/span> option<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 5:<\/span> Now select your file, or enter your numbers and hit NEXT STEP<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 6:<\/span> Here a MATCH COLUMNS<\/span> box will appear, this just gives you a chance to confirm that your data is under the appropriate column headings<\/p>\n\n\n
