The CKW team found they were spending hours every month chasing clients via email and phone. Specifically, they needed more information from clients in order to complete VAT returns on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"padtop40\">The challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before coming to FireText, Alistair says CKW&#8217;s main forms of client communications were calls and emails. This was time consuming. Often struggling to receive responses in time (if at all), the team would spend two to three hours every month chasing clients for essential information ahead of tax return deadlines. Emails would get lost in the inboxes of busy clients, and it wasn&#8217;t uncommon for most phone calls to go straight to voicemail, resulting in a clunky back-and-forth approach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s when they decided to turn to FireText. &#8220;Our staff were reluctant to use their own mobile to text the clients for obvious reasons&#8221;, Alistair mentions.
