Use the message as a chance to build rapport and hype up their arrival by being friendly and approachable. It\u2019s best to make the route to cancellation as easy as possible (so there\u2019s no excuses for no-shows!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Texting provides a direct line of communication for recipients to cancel or re-arrange if they need to. This helps make the experience memorable for your customer before they&#8217;ve even arrived as they can get a good feel for you as a brand, reducing the chance of a no-show. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"padtop40\">Send a reminder text message before the booking <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An effective measure to replace or complement a pre-booking deposit is to send an SMS reminder ahead of the booking. Create a message that not only reminds your customer, but helps you to build rapport with them before they arrive.
