The message confirmed details and sent reminders to customers, he was able to provide map details, hire information and even follow it up with a friendly message the next day.<\/p>\n<p>He advertised their dedicated number on the website and all printed material to provide an additional way for customers to get in touch.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pretty much converting every text enquiry into a booking which is great!!\u201d \u2013 Chris Rea, Owner, Harlyn Surf School<\/p>\n<p>Chris had collected mobile numbers from all previous customers and wanted to get in touch to remind them of his services and encourage them to come back.<\/p>\n<p>He created an exciting text message with a 10% discount offer on repeat bookings.
