Unfortunately, we don\u2019t know who was behind this campaign \u2013 with no call to action and a difficult moving target, this is a rather expensive fail!<\/p>\n<h4>SMS keywords to save the day!<\/h4>\n<p>In all of the above examples, QR codes could have been replaced with <a title=\"SMS Keywords\" href=\"https:\/\/www.firetext.co.uk\/sms-marketing-features\/keywords-auto-replies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SMS keywords<\/a> to great effect.<\/p>\n<p>SMS keywords offer a fantastic way of growing your mobile marketing contact list. You have probably seen them on promotional material before e.g. a poster that might say:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018To receive exclusive SMS offers, text SHOES to 82228\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this case, any customers who text the keyword \u2018SHOES\u2019 would be automatically added to your contact list in FireText to receive your offers on future marketing campaigns.
