Auto-Reply
An Auto-Reply is an SMS message which is created to automatically send out when a message is received on a reply number or keyword. This can be used to confirm receipt of the message, follow up the enquiry or provide further information. Auto-Reply or ‘Autoresponders’ were first used in email to send an instant reply which is triggered when an email is received.
