Email Forwarding
This is the term used to describe the forwarding process to an email address when an SMS is received on a Dedicated Reply Number or Keyword on a SMS Shortcode. The process can be set-up to work automatically whenever a new SMS message is received and can be forwarded to multiple email addresses.
