Custom Fields
A Custom Field is the name given to the additional fields you can include in your CSV File to upload along with customer’s mobile numbers. These can be used to personalise a message to multiple recipients with the associated custom fields. FireText allows you to upload first name, surname, mobile number and up to three additional custom fields.
